Bamboo Clams 竹蛏 (300g)
The Bamboo Clam (Razor Clam) are very high in demand in Singapore eatery! They have a smooth refined texture almost as silky as fan scallops, at the same time, they have a naturally sweet and light flavor. A succulent type of shellfish that are both easy to cook and prepare. In the local eatery, the preferred way of cooking is usually to steam them very quickly or pan-fried with garlic or chilies! The ideal way to maintain its freshness is to cook it straight away, if not do remember to store them in freezer.
These bamboo clams are cleaned so you may cook them straight away after defrost!
