Gong Gong is suitable for all ages and the steaming/boiling method is recommended. As for preparation, soak them in salt-added water for 20-30 minutes and brush the shells before cooking to ensure they are cleaned.
Highly recommended not to keep overnight. Consume them on the day of arrival!
