Our Salmon Trout aka Fjord Trout comes from the Norwegian ocean and is well liked especially towards the younger crowds. Salmons is usually easy to prepare and cook, simply pan fry with a little bit of oil and seasoning and it will bring out the Salmon's sweetness and oceanic taste.
