King Fish (Batang) Fillet

Batang fish, also known as one of the four king fish in Singapore, is from the Indonesia and Malaysia. Loved by all ages, it is the top choice for many households and hawkers due to its firm texture and clean taste.

In fact, about 90% of fish porridge stalls in Singapore use Batang as their signature fish.
It is also a favourite for Assam curry, and is commonly served during family gatherings and festive occasions.
