Enoki Mushroom

Enoki mushrooms are a speices of edible mushrooms. It is well-known in the Japanese cuisine, where it is also known as enokitake. One of the most common methods to cook this is to have it with steamboat! You can also bbq it with meat wrapped around the enoki mushroom!
